The Blasi brothers, Dr. Ignacio Blasi, Dr. Alvaro Blasi and Dr. Gonzalo Blasi gave a full-day course in addition to a workshop the next day at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the dental congress organized by King Abdulaziz University.
This congress was attended by more than 3,000 oral health professionals from all over the country. In addition, renowned speakers in dentistry from around the world attended.
In his lecture, Drs. Blasi taught the assistants the different techniques that we use in the clinic, in addition to working protocols using 3D technology and conveyed the importance of communication between all team members.
On the second day of the congress, our doctors gave a hands-on workshop for more than 30 professionals specialized in orthodontics, periodontics and restorative dentistry. In this workshop, 2 hours of theory were taught reviewing the step-by-step interdisciplinary dentistry treatments. In the second part, with printed models of a real case, dental implants were placed through surgical guides, provisional prostheses were made on those implants and the orthodontists placed brackets with indirect bonding guides.
They were two intense days of courses and conferences but our specialists are already back at the clinic to offer our patients the best individualized treatments.
