What is it?

Part of the society sees dentistry is the branch of health focused on solving problems. In many cases only go to the dentist when it hurts a crush, when we look at a dark spot on the teeth that we associate with decay or when the teeth move.

However, the part of prevention in dentistry should be the most important part. If we go to the dentist twice a year for a dental exam we will reduce the rate of caries and/or tooth loss.

In these monitoring visits are carried out x-rays (low radiation to assess the state of the teeth, they also evaluate the need to perform an oral hygiene or a fluor.

In the case of caries should perform the cleaning of the cavity and the reconstruction of the tooth.
